CNC Wire Cut Machine
This is a Industry use machine which is still using Pentium processor or lower and running DOS system. The system is running but can not do the cutting operation.

Problem solve...
After
checking and checking, we manage to find out that the x-axis motor is the one that coursing the problem. We took out the motor and find out that the motor is still in good condition, so put it back to the original place and problem did not solve. Wow!... big headache!!!
We even try to get the manufacture to help out, but still no use, problem can not solve...
After many time of try and error, I am thinking of putting it back. At this moment there are 3 pieces of small wire drop off from the bandage section of the middle part wiring. Thanks God... this is the main course of it. Those wire that make the machine can not run and no cutting process. Finally problem solve. :)
